I was so honored to be invited to be a guest editor for SmokeLong Quarterly, to my eye one of the best literary journals publishing today.

The quality of their submissions queue is staggering, and I had at least 6-10 "runners-up" for my top pick, but when it came down to "the one," I have to say I knew as soon as I read this stunner by Didi Wood.
